Can I want to make a change to my order?
Absolutely, if your order has not been shipped yet we are more than happy to assist. Whether it be a change of address or adding an additional item to the order. Some order changes may be subject to additional charges if there is an increase in shipping cost.
Why is my order taking so long?
We are a Canadian based store and any orders shipped to the United States or internationally will typically take about 1-3 business weeks from the time of your shipment confirmation. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please feel free to contact us.
Tracking says the package is delivered but I did not receive my order.
Please wait 1-2 days to confirm any delay that may have occurred with the shipping company. Should you not receive anything after that time frame please reach out to us and we will assist in locating your package.
My order came damaged, what can I do about this?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order # and pictures of the damage. If it was deemed that damage was cause by shipping we will contact the company and process a reimbursement to which we can issue you a replacement of the damaged goods.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Please ensure your order is correct before placing an order.
